RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Every Product we build, is hand made, and there is the potential for slight miscuts, or minor issues, we're only human.

 

We will however always ensure to rectify any problem at no cost to the customer, if you have any design issue (whether is be welds failing, or miscuts), we will always aim to rebuild you a new replacement panel and deliver at the next possible opportunity at no cost to yourself. We have absolutely no problem how many times this happens within the first 6 months after purchase,

Anything after 6 months will endure a cost of £250 to cover fuel and repainting the product.

If you have products fitted by external agencies, it is your responsibility to make sure they have confirmed that the panels are protected behind. We will always put a basic layer of waxoyl on the rear of wings and underneath bonnets, but it's very easily wiped away by garages upon fitting. We can't hold full responsibility if the correct level of protection hasn't been adhered to.

If you decide for whatever reason you're not willing to allow us to rectify the problems, and want a full refund, you will be charged a flat fee of £250 per panel (ie pair of wings / bonnet) and will require the panels returned before processing any refund with no damage at all. If you do have panels delivered by an external agency, and damage occurs, this will cause extra costs to incur dependant on the cost of the panel, and we advise to try and take out insurance to avoid further dissapointment. If you wish us to collect the panels, a fee of £3 per mile will be charged

If your issue is paint related, and requires a repaint for whatever reason (micro blisters and other paint defencts), please get in touch with photos, and we are happy to collect to repaint within the first 12 months or purchase (this does not include stone chips, or general wear and tear / poor maintenance), or if distance is a problem, we will refund the cost of paint that we charge as a service.

Please be aware, if you have PPF'd / wrapped the panel and this causes blistering or other side effects, we are unable to issue any refund, and a repaint charge will come into effect.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

If we build panels to order, (ie, products that aren't listed on our website), we're buying in panels specifically for you to complete the order, you will be liable to cover the cost of those panels if you wish to apply for a refund. This is non negotiable. If we are then required to collect panels, the standard refund charge of £3 per mile will be charged, and the remaining money will be eligable for refund.

 

PLEASE ENSURE PANELS ARE CHECKED ON DELIVERY

We are a small company, and deliver things personally, we keep costs low by doing everything ourselves, and days out delivering is something we try and keep to a minimum to ensure we have maximum time at the workshop building products to avoid long waiting times.
